My terms and conditions ensure that I can provide the most efficient service and the best possible experience to all my clients.
By booking an appointment you are agreeing to and accepting my terms and conditions as set out below. Please read them in full before booking your appointment.
All appointments require a 50% deposit. This is deducted from the total cost of your treatment at the end of your appointment. I accept bank transfer, contactless and cash as methods of payment.
All treatments are available to clients 16 years and over.
CLIENTS UNDER 18 YEARS. Consent is required from your parent/guardian and they must accompany you to your appointment. Please contact me directly to book an appointment.
NEW CLIENTS. Please attend with bare natural nails so that a nail assessment can be carried out. If you attend with any type of product on your nails then your treatment cannot go ahead. The remaining cost of the booked treatment will still be charged.
CONSULTATIONS Your comfort and safety is my priority. All clients are asked to complete a consultation form which includes some medical/ health questions to determine your suitability for treatment. All your personal information is kept safe and your privacy will be protected at all times in accordance with The General Date Protection Regulation. (GDPR)
I reserve the right to refuse any treatment or service.
CANCELLATION POLICY I kindly ask that you give me as much notice as possible and contact me directly, either by phone, message or email to cancel your appointment.
48+ HOURS NOTICE. Your deposit will be transferred to secure your new booking. You may reschedule your original booking twice after which your deposit is non- transferable and non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your appointment completely, this will incur a £5.00 administration fee which is deducted from your deposit before being refunded via bank transfer.
LESS THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE Your deposit is non-transferrable and non-refundable.
SAME DAY CANCELLATION OR FAILURE TO ATTEND Your deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable the remaining cost of the treatment is also charged. Further appointments cannot be booked until payment has been received.
LATE ARRIVAL Please let me know as soon as possible if you are running late. If you are late by 15 minutes or more, then your appointment will be cancelled. The remaining cost of the treatment is also charged. Further appointments cannot be booked until payment has been received.
IF I CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT. Your deposit will be transferred to secure your new booking or will be refunded in full via bank transfer. You will also receive a £5.00 gift voucher to redeem on your next visit. PLEASE NOTE; This does not include cancellations due to outstanding payments, lateness or failing to follow salon terms and conditions.
AMENDMENTS If you have booked multiple treatments, including nail art, and want to amend your booking please give at least 48 hours notice. Less than 48 hours notice and 50% of the amended treatment cost(s) is charged Same day amendments are charged at the full cost of the original booking.
GEL TREATMENTS It is your responsibility to follow my aftercare guide and any other advice I may give you during your treatment, to make sure you get the very best results and to protect the health of your natural nails and your investment. If you experience any lifting or peeling within the first 3 days of your treatment please let me know and send me clear images of your nail(s). I will review your images and, at my discretion, I will repair/replace free of charge providing you book a repair appointment as soon as possible. None of the gel treatments have a guaranteed period of wear - all clients nails are different and longevity varies between individuals. If you experience persistent issue with retention I can advise you on the best course of action for your nails.
Due to the nature of my business and products used I do not offer refunds. Your treatment will always be carried out with care and skill and I will work with you to reach your desired outcome. Please be confident to ask questions or raise any concerns during the course of your treatment or before you leave the salon.
