My terms and conditions ensure that I can provide the most efficient service and the best possible experience to all my clients.
By booking an appointment you are accepting and agreeing to my terms and conditions as set out below. Please read them in full before booking your appointment.
All appointments require a 50% deposit. This is deducted from the total cost of your treatment at the end of your appointment. I accept bank transfer, contactless, and cash as methods of payment.
All treatments are available to clients 16 years and over.
NEW CLIENTS. Please attend with bare natural nails so that a nail assessment can be carried out. If you attend with any type of product on your nails then your treatment can not go ahead. The remaining cost of the booked treatment will still be charged.
Consultations
All clients are asked to complete a consultation form, which includes some medical/ health questions to determine your suitability and find the very best treatment option for you.
All your personal information is kept safe and your privacy will be protected at all times in accordance with The General Date Protection Regulation. (GDPR) Any information you share with me either verbally or in writing will never be disclosed or shared with any third party without your express consent.
I reserve the right to refuse any treatment or service.
Cancellations
Individual bookings
48+ Hours notice. Your deposit will be transferred to secure your new booking. You may reschedule your original booking twice, after which your booking will be cancelled.
All complete cancellations will incur a £5.00 administration fee which is deducted from your deposit before being refunded by bank transfer
Less than 48 hours notice.
Your deposit is non-transferrable and non-refundable.
Multiple booking of 2+ treatments ( This does not include nail art)
72 hours notice is required to reschedule or completely cancel your appointment. You will be advised of the next available date and your deposit will be transferred to secure your new booking. You can reschedule your original booking once after which your appointment will be completely cancelled
All complete cancellations will incur a £5.00 administration fee which is deducted from your deposit before being refunded by bank transfer.
Amendments to multiple bookings (This includes nail art)
If you wish to amend your booking please give at least 48 hours' notice. Less than 48 hours notice and 50% of the amended treatment cost will still be applied.
Same day amendments are charged at the full cost of the original booking.
Same day cancellations or failure to attend
The remaining cost of the treatment(s) is also charged. Further bookings will not be approved until payment has been received.
LATE ARRIVAL
If you are late by 15 minutes or more, then your appointment will be cancelled. Late arrival is considered as same day cancellation and the remaining cost of the treatment(s) is also charged. Further bookings will not be approved until this payment has been received.
If I cancel your appointment
Your deposit will be transferred to secure your new booking or will be refunded in full via bank transfer. You will also receive a £5.00 gift voucher to redeem on your next visit. ( valid for 4 weeks from date of issue)
This does not include cancellations due to outstanding payments, lateness or failing to follow salon terms and conditions.
Please bare in mind that It is your responsibility to follow my aftercare guide and any advice I may give you during your treatment, to make sure you get the very best results and to protect your investment.
For gel treatments - If you experience any lifting or peeling within the first 3 days of your treatment please let me know and send me clear images of your nail(s). I will review your images, and, at my discretion, I will repair/replace free of charge providing you book a repair appointment as soon as possible.
None of the gel treatments have a guaranteed period of wear - Longevity is dependant on the condition of your natural nails, your lifestyle and level of aftercare. If you experience persistent issues with retention, I can advise you on the best course of action for your nails.
Due to the nature of my business and products used I do not offer refunds. Your treatment will always be carried out with care and skill, and I will work with you to reach your desired outcome.
Please be confident to ask questions or raise any concerns during the course of your treatment or before you leave the salon.
